Are there limits to how much I can download from the Library’s electronic resources?

Our license agreements prevent the systematic downloading of material. This is carefully monitored by suppliers, who notify us when problems are detected.
The publisher may block access from specific IP addresses, or may suspend access to the whole service, until the problem has been resolved.
